Our products cannot be returned. Please contact us at sales@lejeunesbakery.com if you have any questions or concerns.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue. If your product is damaged, defective or if you received the wrong product, please take pictures immediately and email them to sales@lejeunesbakery.com. Include your name, address and order number and a description of the problem.
Refunds
We offer refunds on a case by case basis. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
